Genuinely sceptical going in — I've tried every acid and serum going and felt nothing. My friend wouldn't shut up about these capsules so I caved. Three weeks in and my face actually looks clear. A colleague asked if I'd been away somewhere. I hadn't left the house lol!

Not a supplements person at all. Tried one out of curiosity because of the PCOS stuff online. Two cycles later and my pre-period breakout is a fraction of what it used to be. I don't fully get how it works but something is.

Easy to take, done in a minute, and I've not missed a day in 6 weeks — a record for me with any supplement. Skin's noticeably calmer and the face spots have backed right off. Can't ask for more than that.

Started these specifically for the breakouts I got after coming off the pill. Three months on and my skin's the most settled it's been in years. Wish I'd found it before booking a derm appointment I didn't end up needing.
